AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY
The Baby Shower Shop uses Australian Air Express couriers for deliveries.
Delivery time is generally 1 to 3 business days from the time the order is sent. While most of our orders arrive at their destination the next business day for metro areas, we are unable to guarantee next day delivery.
Delivery costs vary on location, weight and size. This cost will be calculated and shown to you at checkout prior to you paying for your order. (Perth local deliveries are a fixed price).
We prefer to post to a business address or post office for security reasons. A signature will be required for items sent to business addresses and post office boxes.
For orders addressed to residential locations, an Authority To Leave sticker will be placed on your package. This means your package will be left for you (at the address you have nominated for delivery) even if you are not at home.
At checkout you will be asked for a location at your nominated address, to leave your order should no one be available to accept it at the time of delivery. Please note, this location has to be at the address given (as redelivery to a separate address ie Post Office will incur a $15 charge). Failure to provide correct delivery/contact information may result in your package being returned to us in which case customers will incur both the $15 fee for the returned package and a new postage charge to send again.
We are unable to tell you the day and time it will be delivered and unable to accept requests for a specific delivery time. The courier is unable to telephone you in advance to advise of delivery.

The Baby Shower Shop will not be held responsible for items that have been shown as left at the address.
