The Baby Shower Shop wants you to be happy with your purchase.
We will happily exchange or refund your purchase provided:
- All items are returned within 30 days of receipt of purchase. No refund or exchange can be given after 30 days.
- The product/s must be as new, that is, complete and unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled and in their original packaging and/or tags attached. The packaging must also be in as new condition.
- Please contact us on (08) 9354 2229 or 1300 797 530 or email us at info@thebabyshowershop.com.au with your name, customer/order number, product name, and your reason for requesting a refund/exchange.
Then post the item back to The Baby Shower Shop, Shop 3, 183 High Road, Willetton WA 6155.
Please note: Postage of products is not refundable unless the product is deemed faulty. Under no circumstances will a refund or exchange be given if the products received are used, worn, washed, soiled, damaged or without original packaging and/or tags attached. These items will be returned to the customer with the customer responsible for any return postage costs.
It is suggested that you send your return package by receipted post or express post, as The Baby Shower Shop is not responsible for any product/s lost or damaged in transit. Please use the equivalent packaging to send the items back. That is, if you received your items in a box, please return the items in a box. This is to ensure the items are not damaged during transit.
If you have requested a refund, a credit will be issued via the same payment method used within 7 days of receipt of returned goods.
Please note some returns may incur a restocking fee of 10% of the product value.
Some refunds may incur a small fee if you have paid by credit card. This is a small fee to cover the credit card processing fees and are usually applied if you are cancelling due to changing your mind, or other reasons not due to a fault with The Baby Shower Shop. This fee is generally $1.50 plus 1.75% of your order total.
Refunds or exchanges can not be given for special orders or personalised items.
The postage cost for exchanging products is at the buyers expense (unless the product is faulty).
If a parcel can not be delivered due to customer giving incorrect address, a $15 fee will be charged (this fee is charged to us by AAE) in addition to the postage fee for resending the parcel to the corrrect address.Products bought on Sale are not returnable unless faulty.Packages Damaged and Lost in TransitThe Baby Shower Shop uses Australian Air Express couriers for all our deliveries.Orders delivered to business addresses and post office boxes will require a signature upon delivery.For orders addressed to residential locations, an Authority To Leave sticker will be placed on your package. This means your package will be left for you (at the address you have nominated for delivery) even if you are not at home.A signature may be required if you are home to receive the order. A record of delivery to a residential address is available through Track & Trace at www.aae.com.au.The Baby Shower Shop will not be held liable for loss of items left at a residential address. If you require a signature at delivery, then the order must be addressed to a business premise or PO box.While we take great care in the packing of your order, in the unfortunate event that your order is damaged during transit, we may at our discretion, request the order be sent back to us and we will offer a replacement product/s and/or refund for the items.
