Are you an Australian company? We are 100% Australian owned and operated. We do however, import many of our products from overseas to give our customers a wonderful and often unique range to select from.
How long does delivery take? Please see the link at the top left of each page, titled Delivery Timing, for delivery information.
Do you accept international orders? We ship to Australia and New Zealand.
Do you have a newsletter that I can sign up for? Yes. We send out information on our new products by newsletter. The item says it is Temporarily Out Of Stock. How long before you get more stock in? Unfortunately, there is no set answer for this. We source our gorgeous products from many suppliers, including many from overseas. We are continually receiving stock however some stock comes by sea container and does take longer to get here. We do update our inventory as soon as stock arrives so keep checking back. Alternatively, if there is a specific item you love and want to know when it's arriving back in stock, please call us on 1300 79 75 30 and we will let you know when we are expecting it back in stock.
