PAYMENT OPTIONS
We offer the following secure payment options:
CREDIT CARD: Visa and Mastercard *
BANK DEPOSIT: You may choose to deposit your payment directly in to our bank account. Please note that your order will not be dispatched until payment has cleared. Our bank account details will be shown at checkout. NOTE: Payment is expected to be received within 3 days of the order. If your payment has not been received within this time, the order may be cancelled and the stock returned to shelf as we do not have the capacity to hold items longer than this duration.
PAYPAL: We accept payment via PayPal balance or you may choose to pay through PayPal, without having a PayPal account, by using your credit card.
* The Baby Shower Shop may, at its discretion, request customers complete a Credit Card Authority Form after an order is received when a payment is made by credit card. This form will be sent via email to the customer within 24 hours of receiving the order. This measure is taken upon recommendations relating to risk management for both the customer and The Baby Shower Shop. You are under no obligation to complete the Credit Card Authority Form, however, failure to do so (if requested) will result in the order being cancelled and the amount refunded immediately to the customers credit card. Please note this is done not to hinder the transaction or lessen the shopping experience of the customer, rather it is done as a result of banks fraud policy regarding internet transactions, including protecting the credit card holder.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMING
Orders are generally sent within one business day after payment has been received.
Delivery time is dependent on your location and based on orders being placed by 1.00 pm (AEST) While orders received after 1pm AEST MAY be dispatched the same day this is not guaranteed and as such, may be sent the following business day.
Days are based on working days (Monday to Friday. We do not dispatch or deliver on weekends).
AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY The Baby Shower Shop uses Australian Air Express couriers for deliveries. Delivery time is generally 1 to 3 business days from the time the order is sent. While most of our orders arrive at their destination the next business day for metro areas, we are unable to guarantee next day delivery.
Delivery costs vary on location, weight and size. This cost will be calculated and shown to you at checkout prior to you paying for your order. (Perth local deliveries are a fixed price).
We prefer to post to a business address or post office for security reasons. A signature will be required for items sent to business addresses and post office boxes. For orders addressed to residential locations, an Authority To Leave sticker will be placed on your package. This means your package will be left for you (at the address you have nominated for delivery) even if you are not at home. At checkout you will be asked for a location at your nominated address, to leave your order should no one be available to accept it at the time of delivery. Please note, this location has to be at the address given (as redelivery to a separate address ie Post Office will incur a $15 charge).
We are unable to tell you the day and time it will be delivered and unable to accept requests for a specific delivery time. The courier is unable to telephone you in advance to advise of delivery.

The Baby Shower Shop will not be held responsible for items that have been shown as left at the address.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - NEW ZEALAND
Orders are sent to New Zealand using Australia Post Registered International post. The postage will be calculated by weight. Delivery time is generally 5 business days from the time the order is sent.
Please note it may be necessary to adjust the postage cost once the order has been packed and weighed.
New Zealand Orders are only accepted with payment through PayPal or credit card.
* Please be aware that with all postal methods, unexpected delays may happen that are beyond our control. Couriers can be affected by weather, heavy cargo loads and many other factors which The Baby Shower Shop can not be held accountable for. ORDERS WHICH INCLUDE PERSONALISED FAVOURS Personalised favours require four (4) weeks notice. If you order personalised favours, your entire order may be held until the personalised favours arrive back to The Baby Shower Shop. Therefore, if you require part of your order before the four weeks, please contact us as the postage charges may have to be adjusted. HOSPITAL DELIVERIES If you are wanting your order to be delivered to a hospital, please ensure that the recipient will still be a patient based upon the above delivery times. Please include full address details, including room and ward number.
ITEM DESCRIPTIONS Please note we often use images given to us by the manufacturers and our own pictures which included display items, just like an actual brick and mortar shop displays items. These are meant for ideas for our customers. The product description should clearly state what you are purchasing. If you are unsure, please contact us before making your purchase.
